About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead the execution of various construction and maintenance projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and confidently handle coordination with consultants, government entities, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project lifecycle from site mobilization to handover
- Manage on-site activities for residential villas, service blocks, and public infrastructure
- Coordinate the construction of boundary walls, steel/wooden structures, interlocks, and fencing systems
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain approvals and ensure compliance
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Prepare work schedules, material take-offs, BOQs, and progress reports
- Identify issues early and implement corrective actions without delays
Projects You'll Lead:
- Villa/service block construction
- Facility maintenance/renovations
- Boundary wall construction and fence installations
- Steel shade and wooden pergola structures (large and small)
- Interlock paving and landscape hardscaping
