Charterhouse is currently working in partnership with a renowned diversified Conglomerate in the UAE, who are looking to hire a Collections Manager for their Real Estate/Property Management division based out of their Dubai office.

The Collections Manager will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end collections function, developing and executing recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with RERA and OA directives, and driving performance through data-led insights. This role would also be focused on driving customer engagement and internal alignment across departments to support seamless collection processes and timely dispute resolution, while also managing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will bring both, operational expertise and strong leadership acumen to drive financial recovery and maintain healthy cash flows within a regulated environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline and possess at least 7 years of experience in collections within Real Estate or Property Management ideally.
Our client is looking to hire someone with a strong understanding of service charge structures and regulatory frameworks in the UAE. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing large-scale receivables portfolios of AED 1 Billion and above is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and conflict resolutions skills, complemented with strong technical proficiency across ERP and CRM platforms. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory for this role.
