Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Infor M3 ESMR Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a large-scale Infor M3 ESMR implementation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and successful execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, resource management, and execution of the M3 ESMR project.

Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks.

Serve as the key liaison between the client, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards.

Prepare project status reports and communicate progress regularly.

Required Skills:

7+ years of ERP project management experience, including Infor M3.

Solid understanding of Infor M3 ESMR modules and workflows.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and global delivery models.

PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certificationpreferred.

Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs.

Assist with KPIs and dashboards using Infor reporting tools.

Required Skills:

At least 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Infor M3 projects.

Strong knowledge of ESMR, field service processes, and equipment lifecycle management.

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

Familiarity with Infor Birst, Excel-based reporting, and KPI development.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Infor M3 ESMR Technical Consultant/Developer to join our project team in Dubai. You will work closely with the functional team to develop, integrate, and maintain technical solutions in the ESMR space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop technical enhancements using M3 APIs, Smart Office scripts, and custom programs.

Integrate Infor M3 with third-party systems using ION and REST services.

Build and maintain reports using Birst, StreamServe, or IDM.

Support technical issue resolution and performance tuning.

Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor M3 development, including ESMR-related modules.

Strong programming skills in Java, MAK, and Smart Office scripting.

Experience with Infor ION, MEC, and Mashups.

Hands-on knowledge of M3 APIs (MI programs) and report development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into M3 ESMR functional specifications.

Configure ESMR modules (equipment, work orders, warranties, service contracts).

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.

Provide functional support, documentation, and end-user training.

Collaborate with technical consultants to support enhancements and integrations.

Support testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ESMR.

Deep understanding of equipment service management, service orders, and preventive maintenance.

Experience in end-to-end M3 implementations or rollouts.

Familiarity with Infor M3 CloudSuite, Smart Office, and H5 environments.
