We are hiring an Assistant Manager Accounts with experience in accounting, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
Responsibilities- Planning and executing audit engagements
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Management of books of account for clients
- Convey allocated assignments to the engagement team in a clear and concise manner, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and effective outcomes.
- Providing corporate tax and VAT advisory to clients
- Audit and assess the adequacy and viability of the internal controls and compliance with the group's policies and procedures
- Prepare financial reports as required, which could include cash projections, budgets, etc.
- Prepare technical papers on accounting treatments and interpretations of new standards
- Preparation of financial statements
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience
- Prior year in an auditing or accounting firm will be preferred
- Part-qualified CA/ACCA or finance graduate
- Well-versed with IFRS, ISAs, and UAE tax and corporate laws
Salary will be commensurate to the incumbent's background
