Our client, a leading Dubai-based real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Engineer Contracts to join their team and contribute to key construction projects with a focus on quality, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage contract documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Handle quantity surveying and cost control activities throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct estimation and tendering for construction works, especially within main contractor settings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project scopes and budgets.
• Apply technical knowledge to piling and shoring works with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and contracts.
• Background in estimation and tendering with a main contractor.
• Hands-on experience in piling and shoring.
• Fluent communication skills and a presentable personality for client and stakeholder interaction.
