Take over a key role as an Telesales Executive inthe Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Identify and generate leads from potential customers who abandoned their carts
- Engage with customers through outbound calls and emails to drive conversions and close sales.
- Address customer concerns and objections to finalize appointments effectively
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize the sales process
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and conversion
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and improved conversion rates
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to encourage commitment and repeat business
- Proactively overcome objections to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure alignment
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of BPO experience in customer service, technical support, and outbound sales
- Proven ability in cold calling and driving sales conversions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tech savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
- Experience in data entry, analysis and reporting to optimize sales strategies
- High emotional intelligence to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset
- Team player with a proactive, innovative, and creative mindset, able to think outside the box
