Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Conduct tele-sales and in-person meetings with individuals and corporate prospects
• Promote and present financial products and services professionally
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize results
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (preferably in financial or investment sector)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining
• Knowledge of Forex, digital assets, or investment products is a strong advantage
