About The Role
Executive Assistant Manager will actively contribute to the successful achievement of the organizational goals and link corporate policies and strategy with Food and Beverage Division operations across the resort. While reporting directly to the General Manager, person in this role ensures that all F&B outlets maximize their potential and are individually profitable, whilst enhancing the resort’s brand image.Key duties and responsibilities:
Engaging with ownership and the core leadership teams on key F&B development projects and providing expert contributions Acting as liaison between brand partners, design/development teams and General Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, troubleshooting escalated issues on the pre-opening critical path By monitoring industry trends and guest feedback, driving innovations in F&B product with importance for the region or company Developing and executing F&B strategy in partnership with Hotel Operations Providing strategic advice and action to assist F&B operations that are underperforming and who have been identified as opportunity operations, monitor results and make recommendations for greater achievements Defining role expectations and candidate specifications to enable the hotel to recruit best-fit candidates for key F&B management roles
About You
We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of progressive work-related experience in high-end Food and Beverage operations. To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate complex project management skills within multi-unit environment and be able to effectively influence key stakeholders, both inside and outside of the organization.Ability to apply systematic approach to new concepts development and implementation as well as strong stakeholder management skills are crucial competencies for this role.
