We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst cum Admin Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This unique position combines the analytical skills of a data analyst with the administrative acumen of an executive secretary. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing data-driven insights while managing administrative tasks to support our operations efficiently.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive data reports and presentations for management review.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, handling correspondence and inquiries effectively.
• Maintain and organize office files and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support the team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong administrative skills with experience in managing calendars and handling correspondence.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
