HVAC Project Engineer

Job Description

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing HVAC systems in alignment with project requirements and applicable standards. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project delivery within time and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASHRAE, etc.).
• Lead HVAC-related site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare technical reports, materials submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental policies are strictly followed on site.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance during and after installation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HVAC project management and implementation.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and local UAE mechanical codes.
• Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in air-cooled chiller systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
