Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role for a Senior Project Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, managing NEW BUILD development projects in the luxury leisure and hospitality sector.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating development project activities, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects meet their objectives.
The role involves regular communication with clients, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders and provides leadership and guidance to project teams, for the complete project lifecycle.- Management of projects from design pre-concept/concept to operator handover.
- Assembling Project teams.
- Stakeholder management (Designers and Consultant team, Client team, Operator, Authorities, Legal, Insurance, Finance).
- Design Management & coordination for stage submissions (inc. cost and programme/schedule reviews).
- Reporting, identifying and managing project risk profile.
- MUST HAVE: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, or a technical construction design-related field.
- MUST HAVE: 7 years (min.) MRICS PQE.
- References and verification of academic certificates will be sought.
- MUST HAVE: UAE or Middle East experience LEADING similar projects - list of relevant projects must be provided with the application.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - this is a face-to-face role.
- High EQ.
- Full project lifecycle experience from inception to operator handover on NEW BUILD projects.
- Project Management skills, including planning, design management, budgeting and project reporting.
- Excellent programme/scheduling skills.
