Purchase & Inventory In-Charge
Job Description
SilverShore Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase & Inventory In-Charge to oversee our procurement operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both sea and air freight logistics, ensuring timely procurement of goods, and maintaining optimal stock levels
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, ordering, and follow-ups with suppliers.
Handle import logistics, including documentation and coordination for sea and air freight shipments.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of stock while avoiding overstocking.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports to identify stock movement and discrepancies.
Optimize inventory storage, space utilization, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with relevant UAE import/export regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, and inventory control, preferably in the trading or hardware industry.
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance.
Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Based in the UAE, with immediate availability preferred.
Salary - Upto Aed 7,500 + Insurance
