Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Manager to lead the architecture, development, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce technical expertise and a strong understanding of the real estate industry in the UAE, enabling them to tailor solutions that drive business efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other modules as applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Customer Experience) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and manage custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, Apex code, and integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, property portals, contact centers).
- Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce development team, including code reviews, best practices, and performance tuning.
- Maintain strong governance over Salesforce environments (development, sandbox, production), ensuring data security, system reliability, and scalability.
- Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product releases and emerging tools to ensure platform evolution aligns with business goals.
- Drive user adoption by supporting training and ensuring the platform is intuitive and efficient for end users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Technical Architect, or similar) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 15+ years of Salesforce technical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for real estate companies in the UAE, with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, property sales, leasing, and after-sales services.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, customer portals, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments and managing vendor delivery teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- UAE experience, particularly within a real estate developer or real estate tech company.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and customer journey automation.
