Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer with 8+ years of experience to oversee and manage the quality control and assurance for our construction projects in the UAE.

This role involves inspection and documentation, along with coordinating with project teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience with Villas or High-Rise Residential Towers Is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures.

Ensure that all QA/QC documentation is maintained, organized, and submitted

Develop and implement checklists, inspection forms, and quality tracking systems.

Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors.

Investigate project based issues and initiate non-conformance reports (NCR).

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in QA/QC with a focus in the construction industry

Strong understanding of industry standards and local UAE regulations.

Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, or ASNT are desirable
