Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager will lead a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods, coordination with suppliers and vendors, and support for accounting processes related to inventory and procurement. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of management experience, with multi-disciplinary exposure beyond logistics such as admin, accounting, or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage supply chain activities including purchasing, logistics, inventory control, and distribution
Lead a team of 3 logistics and 1 accounting staff, ensuring cross-functional efficiency
Plan, organize, and monitor the movement and storage of goods, materials, and inventory
Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing, cost tracking, and supplier payments
Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce lead times and operating costs
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal departments
Monitor KPIs for logistics performance, delivery accuracy, and inventory turnover
Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies
Prepare regular reports for senior management on supply chain performance and risks
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with direct supervision of 2 or more employees
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or oil & gas
Exposure to multiple business functions such as accounting, admin, or sales
Strong leadership, coordination, and team development skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and Excel
