A leading smart retail technology company in Dubai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business cum Data Analyst to join their fast-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of retail, data, and innovation.

Role Overview:

• As a Business cum Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational performance, tracking inventory and stock movement, and generating data-driven insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, sales analytics, predictive analysis, machine learning, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Track stock movements and forecast restocking needs using historical and real-time data.
• Create visual dashboards and reports to present sales and operational trends.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and reduce waste.
• Analyze KPIs to support business planning, pricing strategy, and product mix.
• Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
• Support marketing and product teams with customer and performance data.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with Predictive models, and machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL or data querying languages is a plus.
• Experience with retail, FMCG, or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
